By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2) Service scope
Image Splitter provides browser-based image splitting tools with configurable layouts and export options.
We may update, add, or remove features over time.

3) Lawful use only
You agree to use the service lawfully and only with content you are authorized to process.
4) Account model
Core splitter functionality is generally available without account registration.
5) Usage limits
To protect reliability, we may enforce technical limits such as:
- Maximum input file size (currently 20 MB)
- Grid/output limits (currently up to 10x10)
- Anti-abuse throttling where needed
6) Prohibited behavior
You must not:
- Use the service for illegal content or unlawful activity
- Process content without required rights
- Abuse automation to degrade service quality
- Attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer restricted service components
7) Rights and ownership
- You keep ownership of your images
- You are responsible for rights clearance and lawful publication
- Site code, branding, and design remain protected intellectual property
8) Output responsibility
You are responsible for validating output quality, sequence, and platform compatibility before public posting, printing, or commercial use.
9) Third-party services
The service may rely on third-party providers for hosting, diagnostics, analytics, and form handling. Their terms may apply to relevant parts of the workflow.
10) No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Image Splitter and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from service use or unavailability.
12) Enforcement
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably detect abuse, unlawful use, or material violations of these terms.
13) Term updates
We may revise these terms. Continued use after publication means you accept the updated version.
14) Governing law
These terms are intended to apply to use of the public website to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction.
