This page explains service boundaries in plain language.
Image Splitter is operated through splitimage.im as a public browser-based utility. For service boundary, rights, privacy, or policy questions, contact [email protected].
1) Not legal, financial, or professional advice
Content on this site is product documentation and general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.
2) Not affiliated with social platforms
Image Splitter is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, Meta, Facebook, X (Twitter), Threads, or any other social platform.
References to those names are descriptive only.
3) Service is provided “as is”
We aim for reliability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation at all times.
4) Platform behavior can change
Even when our split output is technically correct, downstream platforms may alter display due to their own compression or layout rules.
Example: a post preview crop on a social feed may look different after a platform update.
5) You are responsible for rights and final checks
You are responsible for:
- Having rights to process and publish the image
- Keeping backups of originals
- Verifying final output before public release or print
6) Limits of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Image Splitter and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (for example lost revenue, lost traffic, or publication errors) resulting from tool usage or downtime.
7) Third-party dependencies
The site relies on third-party services for infrastructure and diagnostics. Their outages or policy changes can affect behavior outside our direct control.
8) Policy updates
We may revise this disclaimer. The latest version is always the one published on this page.
